Send us a receipt for reimbursement.
Hotel, food, clothing, transportation — anything you spent recovering from the fire. We review what you send and most reimbursement checks mail within a week.
About rent and security deposits
ND Lions Emergency Relief does not reimburse rent or security deposits. Your previous property management company has already returned your security deposit (and any prepaid rent) — those funds are intended to cover the deposit or first month’s rent at your new place.

What qualifies
Anything you spent on recovery from the fire counts: hotel, replacement clothing, food while displaced, medications, transportation, pet boarding, school supplies for kids, child care during the crisis. When in doubt, send it — the reviewer can ask questions if needed.
